📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet performance goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.,Conduct market research to support decision-making and strategic planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Develop and maintain a sales forecast and budget.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
