📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Support quality control and assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations.
• Participate in process validation and optimization projects.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory submissions and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Provide administrative support to the manufacturing department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Recent graduate with a degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale).
• Basic knowledge of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
