In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Provide technical support to employees, including hardware and software issues.,Monitor and report on system performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure efficient problem resolution.,Document IT processes and procedures for future reference.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance tasks.,Provide end-user training and support as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.,Familiarity with common IT support tools and software.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
