China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking a certified EHS Trainer & Administrator to join our dynamic team in Bali. This is an urgent opportunity for a Train the Trainer (ToT) certified professional with strong English skills to lead our EHS training programs. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver EHS training programs using Train the Trainer (ToT) methodology.
• Create and update training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Administer the EHS management system and ensure compliance with ISO 45001 and other relevant regulations.
• Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics and incidents.
• Provide ongoing support to the operations team on EHS matters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve EHS practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in EHS.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in EHS training and administration.
• Train the Trainer (ToT) certification or equivalent.
• Certification in ISO 45001 or other relevant EHS standards.
• Proven experience using SAP EHS or similar EHS management software.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
