📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.,Monitor and control cash flow to ensure liquidity and solvency.,Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
