Leading the IT department, overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all IT systems.,Developing and implementing IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Managing and mentoring the IT team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.,Ensuring the security and integrity of the company's data and systems.,Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly and efficiently.,Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and trends, and implementing them in the company.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.,Managing the company's IT budget and ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in IT management or relevant fields are a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
