PRIMA Pratama is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to lead and oversee our production processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production line, maintaining high-quality standards, and driving efficiency. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to maintain high-quality standards.,Coordinate with team members to address production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports for management.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Train and mentor junior staff on production processes and quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production management software and tools.,Understanding of safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Ability to travel to the production site as needed.
