📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing staff and operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
