📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service and assistance to customers in the store.
  • Promoting and selling our products to customers, both in-store and online.
  • Ensuring the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand.
  • Assisting in the preparation and display of products for sale.
  • Participating in sales promotions, events, and marketing activities.
  • Assisting in the training and development of new staff members.
  • Complying with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Reporting to the store manager on sales, customer feedback, and any issues in the store.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required. English skills are a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
