📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods,Track and manage delivery schedules and routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs,Communicate with customers to address any issues or concerns related to deliveries,Prepare and maintain accurate records of all distribution activities,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the logistics or distribution industry,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and clean driving record,Familiarity with route planning and optimization techniques,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
