📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and expenses, and prepare reports for management.,Assist in the preparation of vehicle inspection reports and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Assist in the preparation of travel itineraries and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related transactions and activities.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
