PT Bintang Kreasi is seeking a dedicated Deputy Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the main tutor in delivering high-quality education to students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main tutor in planning and delivering lessons.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Prepare and grade assignments and exams.,Support students in developing their skills and confidence.,Assist in organizing and participating in extracurricular activities.,Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.,Attend staff meetings and training sessions.,Participate in school events and community outreach programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with educational technology and tools.,Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications.,Passion for education and commitment to student success.
