PT Maison Events Indo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exhibitions - Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our exhibition events, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a proven track record in handling large-scale exhibitions. Fluency in English and Chinese is a must.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of exhibition operations, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site management. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our exhibitions are a success, both in terms of visitor numbers and brand exposure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and closure of exhibition events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Manage exhibition logistics, including site setup, teardown, and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and report on exhibition performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service to exhibitors and visitors.
  • Manage the exhibition budget and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase exhibition attendance and revenue.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, particularly in exhibitions.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale exhibitions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Knowledge of exhibition software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
