📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using SAP GBS and Microsoft Project, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in planning and scheduling processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent scheduling issues and ensure business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in planning and scheduling, preferably in the mining or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in SAP GBS and Microsoft Project, with a strong understanding of production planning principles.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality improvement methodology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
