📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and vendor information.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.

Assist in the preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

Support the purchasing team in achieving procurement goals and objectives.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance your purchasing skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.

Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
