📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the quality control processes and ensuring that products meet the highest standards,Leading and mentoring the QC team to achieve quality goals,Conducting quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards,Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality is maintained throughout the production process,Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions,Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with a leadership role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations,Proven track record of improving quality processes and reducing defects,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools
