Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our company.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong employer brand and promote our company as an attractive workplace.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our recruitment processes.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
