📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Oversee staffing, training, and performance management to ensure high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
