📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to contract management,Negotiate contracts with suppliers and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement,Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and reports,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies,Provide procurement support to other departments as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, laws, and regulations,Excellent negotiation and communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
