Apotek Eko Coffee is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage the production process in our coffee shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality coffee. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure high-quality coffee products,Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Train and develop the production team to improve efficiency and quality,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain a clean and organized production area,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product consistency,Manage and optimize production schedules to maximize efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a related field,Strong leadership and team management skills,Knowledge of coffee production processes and quality standards,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management systems,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications preferred
