As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and providing financial advice to senior management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing and maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conducting financial analysis and providing financial advice to senior management.,Overseeing the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of payroll and benefits administration.,Providing training and mentoring to junior accountants and staff.,Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
