📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Provide training and support to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
