📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
