📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store meets all health and safety regulations.,Implement and monitor marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals.,Maintain accurate financial records and report to the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.
