📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints.,Assist in the operation of the business by performing various tasks such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.,Collaborate with team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Follow all company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service initiatives.,Contribute to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and software.,Proactive and willing to learn new skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
