📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and drinks to tables promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation of food and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or complaints.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up tables and cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic food and beverage knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
