As our Operations Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations at multiple branches, ensuring seamless coordination and optimal performance. Utilizing tools like QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel, you will manage inventory, track sales, and analyze performance metrics. With a proven track record in operations management, you will lead a team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations at multiple branches, ensuring smooth coordination and optimal performance.
• Manage inventory and track sales using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead a team of 10-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
• Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team and improve overall performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive growth and achieve operational objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the retail or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-branch operations.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales tracking using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management program is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
