📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the administration of Chinese medicine treatments and therapies.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation using our in-house software.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the clinic, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for patients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Chinese medicine and healthcare.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the clinic.
• Assist in the development and implementation of patient education programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
• Familiarity with Chinese medicine and healthcare practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using computer software, including our in-house patient management system.
