📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process daily transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Manage cash and inventory, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, teachers, and staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Handle cash and digital payments securely, following school policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cafeteria area, including restocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Assist with special events and activities, such as school functions and fundraisers, to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the cafeteria staff to meet the needs of our school community and maintain high standards of service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a school or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, teachers, and staff.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, including the use of POS systems and inventory management software.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to customer service and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow school policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
