📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee project budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and adherence to project timelines.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of MEP components and systems.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track.
• Leverage industry knowledge and best practices to optimize project costs and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance to the project team, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management, particularly in MEP projects.
• Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
