HSE Superintendent - Mining & Industrial Safety

As an HSE Superintendent, you'll work closely with our mining operations to identify and mitigate potential hazards, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide training to our workforce. You'll also be responsible for managing our environmental management system, including waste management, pollution control, and community engagement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSE best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the environmental management system, including waste management, pollution control, and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety and environmental improvement projects.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to promote our commitment to HSE excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management, with a proven track record in the mining and industrial sector.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional, such as CMI, NEBOSH, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of environmental management systems, including ISO 14001.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Proficient in using HSE management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
