📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe dining environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
