You will develop and implement marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales, and you will monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and you will provide excellent customer service to all clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.
• Ensure that all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role in the beauty retail industry.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of Beauty Advisors.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with POS systems and sales reporting tools.
• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
