📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee customs clearance processes for international shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Collaborate with Chinese exporters and suppliers to navigate customs regulations and facilitate smooth trade operations.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
• Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate potential customs-related issues to ensure seamless clearance of goods.
• Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and industry best practices to maintain compliance and efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on customs-related matters and international trade operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive the success of our international trade operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customs clearance and international trade operations.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Experience with customs clearance software, such as SAP Customs or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of optimizing logistics and supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
